INDIA:CONTENT CREATOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any unauthorized use or misappropriation of Company assets, including but not limited to data, client contacts, social media posts, videos, logos, images, and content, may result in legal action.
The Company reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any unauthorized use, disclosure, or theft of its proprietary information, including data, client contacts, intellectual property, and other confidential materials.
Any breach of Company policies or unauthorized use of its assets, including data, client contacts, social media, intellectual property, and other proprietary information, may lead to severe consequences, including but not limited to legal action.
FRAMEWORK TERMS
All references to “Company,” “CHI,” “us” or “our” (such expressions including any successors in title and assigns) in these Framework Terms shall refer exclusively to Celebrity Hub India as set out in the applicable Work Order.

DEFINITIONS
Content Creator means any individual, influencer, or talent working with Celebrity Hub India.
Brand/Client means the company engaging Celebrity Hub India for marketing, promotions, or collaborations.
Work Order means the specific agreement setting out the scope of work, deliverables, and compensation.
ENGAGEMENT
• The Company will engage Content Creators for influencer marketing, brand promotions, digital campaigns, events, and other creative collaborations.
• Engagement is on a contractual/project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DELIVERABLES & TIMELINES
• Content Creators must deliver work as per the agreed brief and timelines in the Work Order.
• Any delays must be communicated in writing in advance.
PAYMENTS
• Payments will be made as per the terms outlined in the Work Order.
• Celebrity Hub India reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in case of non-performance or breach of agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content created under engagement shall be used by the Brand and Celebrity Hub India as agreed.
• Rights and usage shall be defined in the Work Order.
CONFIDENTIALITY
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding brand campaigns, strategies, and financial terms.
TERMINATION
• Either party may terminate the engagement by written notice under the conditions mentioned in the Work Order.
• Breach of terms may result in immediate termination without liability.
